Getting Started
Which operating systems are supported?
AI Smart Patcher runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Do I need a subscription?
No — it's a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.
How do I get my license after purchase?
Your license key and download link are emailed immediately after checkout. Check spam if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Licensing
Can I use my license on more than one computer?
Yes. Your lifetime license includes up to 5 device activations, so you can use it on your desktop, laptop, and work machines. If you upgrade computers and hit your limit, you are responsible for deactivating the license on the old machine to free up a slot.
Do you offer team or multi-seat licenses?
Yes. A standard license is strictly for one user (though that individual user gets 5 device activations). For agencies and companies, we offer a discounted 5-Seat Team License for $297, which you can select directly at checkout. If you need more than 5 seats, email support@aismartpatcher.com.
Compatibility
Which languages or file types does it work with?
AI Smart Patcher works at the diff/patch level, not the language level, so it's language-agnostic — it works with any text-based source file regardless of language or framework.
Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, through our checkout provider.
Will I be charged again later?
No. It's a one-time purchase — you won't be billed again or auto-renewed.
Do you offer discounts?
We occasionally run promotions and offer discounts for students and early-stage startups. Email us to ask what's currently available.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information AI Smart Patcher collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account and purchase details: name, email, and payment confirmation (payment card data is handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers).
- Product usage data: crash reports and basic feature usage, used only to improve stability and functionality.
- Support communications: anything you send us when requesting help.
2. How we use information
- To deliver your license, download links, and product updates.
- To respond to support requests.
- To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
3. What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't read or transmit the source code you patch locally — patching happens on your machine.
4. Data retention
We keep account and purchase records as long as needed for support and legal/tax obligations, and delete data on request where applicable law allows.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion by emailing privacy@aismartpatcher.com.
6. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and, where required, notify you by email.
Terms of Service
By purchasing or using AI Smart Patcher, you agree to the following terms.
1. License
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to install and use AI Smart Patcher on your own devices. It may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed.
2. Acceptable use
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass license activation.
- Don't use the product for unlawful purposes.
- Don't share license keys outside your own use.
3. Availability
We aim for high uptime and reliability but don't guarantee the product will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
4. Intellectual property
AI Smart Patcher, its code, design, and branding are owned by us. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you beyond your license to use the software.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate a license for violation of these terms, such as license key sharing or abuse.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with AI Smart Patcher. Here's how refunds work.
1. Refund window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the workflow doesn't click for you.
2. How to request a refund
Simply reply to your original checkout receipt email within 14 days of purchase. That's the fastest way to reach us and get it processed.
3. Processing fee
Refunds are issued minus a ~15% fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs. Our checkout provider and the credit card networks don't return their cut of the transaction when a refund is issued, so we're not able to absorb that cost on your behalf.
4. Exceptions
- Refund requests made after the 14-day window are evaluated case by case.
- Licenses found to violate the Terms of Service (e.g., key sharing) are not eligible for refund.
